Spearheaded end-to-end project and budget management, ensuring on-time delivery:

- Ensured development studio team and vendors met all milestones on schedule

- Collaborated with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and anticipate and mitigate production risks

- Evaluated and communicated risks to schedule to senior and executive management

- Ensured publisher's budget appropriately utilized and managed budget burndown rate

- Reconciled budgets as milestones completed

Virtual Reality Trainers

Game elements include high-definition graphics, voice-controlled NPCs, replica workstations, realistic environmental sound effects, exploration, and XP/level progression with unlocked content.

2016-2018

My Role: Senior Technical Program Manager / Publisher Producer

Oversaw 50+ concurrent multi-year projects with a staff of four for VR and game simulators ranging from $500K to $1.8B.

- Forecasted and managed complex schedules and budget burndown rates resulting in 100% delivery.

- Worked with Development Director to triage and remove blockers, and change scope, schedule, and budget to meet schedule and feature change requests.

- Evaluated and communicated risks to schedule to senior and executive management, acquired necessary funds to complete project milestones.

- Established and maintained strong relationships with multi-disciplinary departments (ops, product design, IT, finance, and legal).

- Ensured on-time delivery and post-delivery support for all Surface Navy simulators.

- Produced post-mortems and distilled them into concrete, trackable deliverables to solve challenges and prevent repeat occurrences.

- Developed over 5 days during Indie Game Academy's Level 3 Cohort 6 Game Jam!

- Developed and executed the pre-planning and production processes, using Miro (pre-planning and diagramming) and Trello (project management).

- Used Scrum methodology, project executed across four, 24-hour sprints.

- As Unity Engineer, developed many of the game's systems, user interfaces, and 75% of the game's level content.
